Christelle Thimon serves as Vice President of Client Services at GDS Link, where she oversees the delivery and support of the company’s credit decisioning solutions to clients across the globe. Her leadership spans implementation, service delivery, and ongoing technical support, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for customers in North America, Europe, Latin America, and beyond.

Christelle’s journey at GDS Link began over ten years ago, and she has steadily risen through the ranks, from operations coordination to sales support, and later technical services leadership. As Head of Technical Services, she established global support frameworks across multiple time zones and led initiatives that enhanced SOC 2 compliance, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution speed. Her promotion to VP of Client Services reflects her reputation for driving operational excellence and customer-first transformation at scale.

Prior to joining GDS Link, Christelle held customer service and project operations roles at companies including KidKraft, Air France, and Unipart Group. These experiences shaped her dynamic, multilingual approach to service delivery, with fluency in English, French, Spanish, and additional working knowledge of Russian and German. She holds business degrees from Lancaster University, Université Paul Valéry, and the University of North Florida.

With a rare combination of technical fluency, global perspective, and organizational rigor, Christelle continues to champion GDS Link’s mission of delivering intelligent, reliable, and secure credit decisioning experiences to financial institutions worldwide.
